Who we are
TeraVella is a Turkish B2B company founded in 2024. We work in two lines. For cosmetics and personal-care brands we supply essential oils, botanical extracts, hydrosols and carrier oils. For food brands and importers we produce private-label tea bags and dried fruit, and we can source a wider range of Turkish food products. Both lines run under the same quality management system, certified to ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and ISO 27001.
Where we work
Our headquarters are in Muratpaşa, Antalya. Production is in Sındırgı, Balıkesir: a tea-bag packing line with a capacity of around 1,000 bags per hour, and fruit drying that uses the region's geothermal heat. For buyers in Europe we also keep a warehouse in Solingen, Germany. Natural soaps are made by a specialist production partner under a quality framework we maintain.
How we work
We sell on specification, not on adjectives. Each order starts from a written specification agreed with the buyer. Every batch ships with its certificate of analysis, technical specification and, where relevant, safety data sheet, and is checked against the approved sample. Essential oils and extracts come from a vetted supply network, and we document the origin of each batch so it can be traced.

Every batch ships with its CoA and specification, so your quality team can check what arrived against what was agreed before it enters production.

Tea-bag packing and fruit drying run in our own facility in Sındırgı, so specification and capacity for these products stay under our control.
